*The Harbour Café / Bar – Margate* What can I say? Excellent, polite service is always a good start. The food is good and well presented. The café is located right on the seafront, with plenty of seating both indoors and outside. The café-bar has a relaxed atmosphere overall – definitely worth a visit.

This is a special place, stories adorn the walls, features and design all so unique and speak of memories and times well spent. The owner is wonderful and is doing good things. No fuss and we love it, our favourite spot in Margate!

Perfect spot for a breakfast, on the sea front. Service impeccable, breakfast (veggie) excellent, lovely chilled atmosphere in a beautiful retro room. Would definitely come again if we're ever this way.

We were fundraising during the Margate Meltdown when one of our volunteers felt unwell . The team at the Harbour were fabulous in terms of calling an ambulance and making her feel comfortable. Though we didn’t sample the food and drink , if the customer service is a reflection of this then we would highly recommend- thanks you from the RNLI team

We went into this little cafe to enquire about whether they could cater for my coeliac son, to which they could. And a bonus as it is also dog friendly.
We sat down and menus were promptly brought to us. Our drink order was taken very quickly.
We asked for a burger for my son, to be told he wouldn't be able to have the chips as they contained wheat but he could have extra salad, he agreed. The food arrived and it did not disappoint. My 2 year old enjoyed her food and my sons burger was brought out on gluten free bread, which he had asked for. The burgers were freshly made.
Overall, good price for what we had.
My dog even got a water bowl.- Wait time

- Very good vegan menu from what I saw. We went there as they could accommodate to my coeliac son, which is always a hassle when we go out to eat

Great location. Interior superb. Tea was hot. Food freshly cooked and full of flavour. Service from the staff was second to none. Many thanks.
Great place really friendly staff. I had the burger with a bottled beer followed by cannoli and coffee. Dogs are also allowed all in all a very pleasant experience and good value.
Every morsel was utterly delicious. Service was great and they were v accomodating. Will definitely be returning. The fresh roses on every table were also beautiful.
Really good food. Polite waiting staff. Would come back, breakfast excellent!!

Lovely cafe with a really welcoming interior. The menu is very much my taste with a good selection of options from fishcakes to quiche to burgers. There is also a vegan menu. I have no idea why people have put mean comments on here which are just not valid. Its a very nice place with great staff and service.

Lovely cafe, great service, very friendly and welcoming! We had a homemade burger which was delicious, with scrummy chips and fresh salad. It was so good we came back the next day for a Full English and received the same friendly welcome and good food. I thought the prices were very reasonable for good food, friendly service, lovely decor and great location. ❤️
